Here’s the latest on the book.

I had some major problems with the people who had been working on it and had to replace them before they made it any worse. It was beyond stressful, all at a time in which I was traveling around the country.

Long story short, two weeks ago, the book was in no condition to be released. The number of omissions and style/format inconsistencies was just embarrassing. It would have taken away from the message of the book and I just won’t put my name on anything that isn’t professional.

I am eternally indebted to two individuals who’ve saved the day. Marlowe Shaeffer has been astonishing in her attention to detail, acute eye, and dedication to the project. She’s amazing. Juanita Dix took a file that should have been properly formatted and resurrected it from the dead–all in the matter of a few weeks. I can’t recommend Marlowe and Juanita strongly enough.

As a result of their efforts, the book will finally be released on October 22nd. The Kindle version will be available a few days after that, depending upon factors beyond my control.

The additional time, while stressful, allowed me to integrate two recent events into the book: Amazon’s release of Fire as well as the sad death of Steve Jobs. I’ve also dedicated the book in part to the eternal sprit of Steve Jobs.

You’ll have the book soon. I promise you that it will be worth the wait.
