Courtney Logan, President
Courtney is the new president of Motion Publishing. Mr. Logan is the City Manager for the City of East St. Louis, IL. He is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Missouri and the Supreme Court of Illinois. Before stepping away from the practice of law he focused his practice in litigation including premises liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, product liability, and professional negligence. Mr. Logan is a former Prosecutor who has first and second chaired multiple jury trials.

Luke Fletcher, Cover Designer
Luke Fletcher is a professional freelance graphic designer with more than a decade of related experience. He has designed the covers for dozens of books, including the Motion titles The New Small, Mindshare, The Age of the Platform, and Reimagining Collaboration. While not designing covers, you may find him watching Breaking Bad or The Big Lebowski. Dude’s got great taste.
Tess Woods, Public Relations
Unless your name is John Grisham or Steven King, books don’t promote themselves. Fortunately, Tess is nothing short of a PR wiz. With more than 15 years of experience in strategy, branding, thought leadership, and campaign development. Johnna VanHoose Dinse, Indexer
Johnna VanHoose Dinse has been writing indexes for a little more than 20 years. She has created indexes for consumer trade books such as the For Dummies series and Complete Idiot’s Guides, as well as those for academic and healthcare presses. Her philosophy of indexing: “I create a roadmap for the reader to use to navigate the information presented in all the ways they might need to use it.”
